Taiwan does not list Eid al-Fitr as a statutory holiday. The Workforce Development Agency's approach is to appeal to employers — suggesting they arrange or approve half a day or a full day of leave so migrant workers can attend collective prayer, and asking them to keep an eye on workers' wellbeing during the fast. In other words, whether the day can be observed depends on an employer's consent rather than a legal right. That is the sharpest difference among the four places here.
